At Regen-tech Fashion, we are a China-based textile supplier serving global clients with both sample and production fabric solutions. Due to the nature of our business, shipping methods, costs, and timelines vary depending on the type of order.

Order Types & Shipping Methods

We provide three types of orders:

Free Sample Orders

  • Fabric samples are cut from our available stock.
  • Samples are free of charge, with customers covering shipping costs.
  • Shipped via international courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, or equivalent).

Online Orders (Paid Orders)

  • Includes small-quantity fabric purchases placed directly through our website.
  • Orders are shipped as parcel shipments via international courier services.
  • Suitable for: Sampling beyond free limits Small batch development Immediate material needs

Bulk Orders (B2B / Offline Orders)

  • Large-scale fabric orders arranged through direct communication.
  • Shipping methods include: Air freight Sea freight Customized logistics solutions

Shipping terms (EXW, FOB, CIF, etc.) will be agreed upon individually.

Order Processing Time

Samples & Online Orders

  • Typically processed within 3–7 working days
  • Processing time may vary depending on: Stock availability Order volume

Bulk Orders

  • Production and shipping timelines vary by order
  • Confirmed prior to production and shipment

Courier Shipments (Samples & Online Orders)

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 working days internationally
  • Actual delivery time depends on: Destination country Customs clearance

Bulk Shipments

  • Delivery timelines depend on: Shipping method (air/sea) Destination Freight schedule

Shipping Costs

  • Free sample orders:
    Customers pay for shipping only
  • Online paid orders:
    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or confirmed before shipment
  • Bulk orders:
    Shipping costs are quoted separately based on agreed Incoterms

Sample Policy (Important)

  • Samples are cut from existing fabric stock
  • Slight variations may occur between sample and bulk production
  • Once cut, samples are non-returnable and non-refundable

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international shipments may be subject to:

  • Import duties
  • Taxes
  • Customs clearance fees

These charges are the responsibility of the customer/recipient.

Shipping Information Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Accurate shipping address
  • Valid contact details

Regen-tech Fashion is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order is:

  • Damaged
  • Lost in transit

  • Photos
  • Order details

We will assist in coordinating with the logistics provider.
