Clarifying the Details That Matter

From MOQ and sampling to production and delivery — everything structured for efficient decision-making.

Is Scuba knit fabric the same as wetsuit or neoprene fabric?

No. The Scuba knit fabrics we develop are designed for apparel applications such as hoodies, sweatshirts, athleisure, casualwear, and commuter styles. They are not traditional neoprene wetsuit materials. Our Scuba fabrics focus on soft structure, stretch recovery, shape retention, and comfortable everyday wear.

What garments are suitable for Scuba knit fabric?

Scuba knit fabric is suitable for hoodies, sweatshirts, jackets, pants, skirts, dresses, athleisure sets, casualwear, commuter apparel, and modern structured knit garments.

How Can I Request Fabric Samples? Are They Free?

You can request fabric samples directly through our website or by contacting our team via email.

For most standard fabrics, samples are provided free of charge, with only shipping costs applied depending on your location.

We aim to process sample requests within 1–2 working days, ensuring you can evaluate materials quickly and move forward with confidence.

For urgent needs or specific developments, our team will support you with tailored sampling solutions.

How Fast Can I Receive Samples? What Does It Cost?

For most standard fabrics, samples can be prepared and shipped within 3–5 working days.

For custom developments or more complex constructions, the lead time is typically 7–10 days, depending on the requirements.

Sampling fees may apply for certain developments. However, these costs are usually refundable once bulk production is confirmed, ensuring a low-risk evaluation process.

Our goal is to help you assess materials quickly and move efficiently into production.

What Certifications and Quality Standards Do You Meet?

We comply with internationally recognized certification systems, including OEKO-TEX®, GRS, OCS, and GOTS, depending on the material and product line.

These certifications ensure that our fabrics meet strict requirements for safety, traceability, and environmental responsibility, making them suitable for global brands and regulated markets.

We maintain consistent compliance through controlled sourcing and production processes, supporting your requirements for sustainable and reliable supply.

What Is Your MOQ? Do You Support Small-Batch Production?

We support both small-batch testing and bulk production, depending on your needs.
For ready-in-stock fabrics, there is no strict MOQ, allowing you to order flexible quantities for quick testing.

For customized developments, the standard MOQ is around 2000 kg, with a minimum color quantity (MCQ) of 300 kg per color to ensure dyeing consistency and cost efficiency.

We aim to provide a balanced solution — enabling you to test efficiently while maintaining production quality and stability.

What Does Your Pricing Include? How Long Is It Valid?

Our pricing is typically based on FOB or EXW terms, depending on your preferred Incoterm and shipping arrangement.

Fabric prices generally cover material and production costs, while taxes and freight are calculated separately based on destination and logistics requirements.

Quotations are usually valid for 60 days, ensuring stability while allowing flexibility for market changes.

For specific projects, we provide clear and detailed quotations upfront, so you can evaluate total costs with confidence.

What Payment Terms Do You Offer?

We offer flexible payment terms, including T/T (bank transfer) and L/C at sight, depending on order size and cooperation stage.

Which Trade Terms Do You Support (FOB, CIF, etc.)?

We support standard international trade terms, including EXW, FOB, and CIF, depending on your logistics preference.

For most clients, FOB is the most commonly used option, providing a balanced approach between cost control and shipping flexibility.

If needed, we can also assist with logistics coordination and freight arrangements, helping ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process.

How Do You Handle Shipping and Logistics Costs?

We offer flexible shipping options, including sea freight, air freight, and express courier, depending on your timeline and order size.

For most bulk orders, sea freight is the most cost-effective option, while air or courier services are suitable for urgent shipments or sample deliveries.

Shipping costs are calculated based on delivery terms (Incoterms), destination, and shipment volume (CBM).

If needed, our team can assist with logistics coordination and provide clear cost estimates in advance, ensuring a smooth and predictable delivery process.

Do You Support Private Label or Garment Development?

We support private label and garment development for clients who require an integrated solution beyond fabric sourcing.
Our team can assist throughout the process, including sample development, technical support, bulk production, and coordination of packaging and logistics.

This approach helps streamline your workflow, allowing you to move efficiently from material selection to finished product.
