Overview

At Regen-tech Fashion, we specialize in textile materials where variations in color, texture, and performance are inherent to the nature of fabric production.For this reason, our return and refund policy is more limited than standard retail products.

Sample Orders

  • All fabric samples are cut from existing stock
  • Samples are provided for evaluation purposes only

❗ Important:

  • All samples are non-returnable and non-refundable once cut
  • Free samples remain free of charge, but shipping costs are non-refundable

Online Orders (Small Quantity Orders)

Due to the nature of textile products:

  • Returns are generally not accepted
  • Refunds are only considered under the following conditions: The product is defective The product is incorrect (wrong item shipped)

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 3 working days of receiving the goods
  • Provide: Clear photos or videos Order details

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Minor color differences (due to screen or dye lot variations)
  • Slight texture or handfeel differences
  • Improper handling, washing, or storage by the customer
  • Custom-cut or specially prepared materials

Bulk Orders (B2B Orders)

Bulk orders are governed by:

  • Signed contracts
  • Proforma invoices
  • Agreed technical specifications

Important:

  • Claims must follow agreed inspection standards
  • Any dispute must be raised within the agreed timeframe

Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are generally non-refundable
  • Processing time may vary depending on payment providers

Shipping Issues

If your order is:

  • Lost
  • Damaged during transit

We will assist in filing claims with the logistics provider, but final responsibility may depend on the carrier.
